Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT

In order to confirm a booking for a KIX tour, a 30% deposit is required. Balance payment is due 48 hours prior to the trip date to secure your booking and a reminder email will be sent in advance of this deadline. For tours being booked 48 hours or less in advance, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Failure to pay will result in the loss of reservation and make your space available for other customers to book.

CANCELLATION BY THE TRAVELER

Should you decide to cancel your tour please notify KIX TOURS as soon as possible by phone (+84 375537997), email (info@kixtours.com) or in person.

• The cancellation terms set out below will apply:
• From 0 to 48 hours prior to tour start, no refund
• From 48 to 72 hours prior to tour start, loss of deposit and the transaction fee
• More than 72 hours prior to tour start time, full refund of payment

Note: If you fail to join a trip or decide to leave the tour early, no refund will be given
